ITAXAS MAIN MODULES
iTAXAS has several modules that make it easier for economic agents to enter information on the Municipal Tourist Tax, including the following:
Overnight stays
Allows the number of overnight stays to be recorded and makes it easier for guests to obtain proof of payment. The Monthly Declaration is automatically filled in to avoid non-compliance. It also provides a list of overnight stays, as well as specific searches through customised filters.
Messages
This module is intended for communication between the economic agent and the municipality. Here you can initiate communications and consult received, sent and pending messages using search filters.
Collection processes
In this module, economic agents can access the management of amounts, non-compliance with deadlines, among other important indicators.
Charge management
The platform guarantees the management of the charge processes, configuration and definition of the chargeback percentage to the economic agent.
Reports
This module allows you to consult the declarations submitted and not submitted, as well as the current account.
Unlimited users
iTAXAS ensures the possibility of assigning various management, consultation and processing permissions.
